Dear clients, February 2022 has been an exciting month! As of April 15, 2022 I will be closing my business in Longview Washington and will be moving to Phoenix Arizona! 

I want to say "Thank You" for the last 12 years for an amazing opportunity to be your licensed massage therapist!

I have been certified in Therapeutic Massage Therapy since 2010, and have been a certified Reiki Master since 2009. I have spent an ample amount of time studying a variety of massage techniques.  After learning various techniques, I focused on transferring that knowledge to the treatment of my clients so that I may be most effective for them.

During my career in Massage Therapy, I have treated many people suffering from musculoskeletal pain. Much of this pain is caused by tension, stress, poor posture, or repetitive stress injury.  The body compensates for this by forming trigger points, pain referral, or a misalignment in the pelvic bone and spine.  I can assist you in healing any major chronic injury, such as: Piriformis Syndrome, rotary cuff pain, frozen shoulder, or neck stiffness that includes a loss in range of motion.

I use a combination of modalities to help in releasing the pain, energy, and emotions that cause your body the inability to heal.  My intention is to provide a sacred space, and offer a loving presence which includes honesty, integrity, respect, and acceptance.  I hope to allow you the opportunity to be transformed and that you leave with an understanding of your healing process.  This is all about you!
